Annihilation - Interesting sci-fi movie uses being cerebral to excuse off-the-rails ending 
Hellboy - Arguably too true to the comics and spends too much time in exposition.  Enjoyable portrayal regardless.   
Alita Battle Angel - So much potential!  Strong movie that fizzles into a non-ending.   
Shazam - Second best DC movie since Nolan's Batman, but admittedly slept through part of it.   
I Am Mother - Decent man vs machine scifi, but a little extreme at the end 
Batman vs TMNT - Surprisingly good crossover!  Motivations make sense.  Splinter isn't a tool.   
Cold Pursuit - Liam Neeson ineptly serial kills gang members and somehow avoids the consequences 
Fighting with my Family - Great biopic about how Paige became a WWE wrestler.  Probably sanitized, but still enjoyable
Glass - Frustrating, but gotta finish the trilogy.   
The Mule - Fantastic story of an old gardener who runs drugs to provide for his daughter 
Finding Steve McQueen - Fun heist movie (based on a true story) 
Stan & Ollie - Sad recount of how Laurel and Hardy repeatedly betrayed each other by trying to look out for each other.   Impressive acting!

Halo - Season One: John "Master Chief" struggles with Microsoft Cortana spying on him, meanwhile a prophesied young girl defends a planet. 
          Season Two: undoes all that in the first ten minutes and refuses to explain why dead people aren't dead 
Elsebeth - A side character from Good Wife/Good Fight immediately solves a murder the audience witnesses then spends the rest of the episode trying to prove it to boneheaded police 
Tracker - Smallville's Green Arrow finds missing people for a price. 
Krapopolis - Tyrannus is a self-declared king of early civilization, with supernatural parents and siblings, and ungrateful citizens.  No description does this show justice. 
Welcome to Wrexham - Touching, humourous, and exciting documentary about Deadpool and some other guy buying a football team in Wales. 
Clarkson's Farm - An idiot known for loving cars becomes an idiot who loves farming 
Taskmaster - Do you like laughing?  Watch this show 
Ghosts (UK) - A young couple inherits a manor that they turn into a B&B, she has an accident and can now interact with ridiculous ghosts that died on the premises. 
Ghosts (US) - A young couple inherits a manor that they turn into a B&B, she has an accident and can now interact with ridiculous ghosts that died on the premises.  Now in American accents! 
Roadside Rescue - A guy fixes delapotated vehicles enough to get them running again.  A TV version of Vicegrip Garage from youtube. 
Shogun - Masterfully done retelling of the James Clavell book.  Lord Toranaga attempts to keep the peace in feudal Japan, and some Anjin makes for a useful distraction 
Physical 100 - Korean tournament of beefy men and women undergoing gruelling physical challenges.  Second season as good as the first
